      How to export course content on CourseMagic directly to PDF or DOCX formats

      You can now export course content on Course Magic directly to PDF or DOCX formats. This feature provides flexibility for both internal documentation and offline sharing. Here’s how you can access the export feature:

      Export from Course Builder

      Step 1

      From the Course Builder, navigate to the final step labeled Download course and select the type of content you wish to export

      Step 2 

      Choose to export either of the following:

      • Course Plan: Includes the course objective, learning outcomes, course structure, and module descriptions.

      • Full Course Content: Includes all content across every page of the course.

        Export from Activity Generator and Content Generator

         

        Step 1 

        Select Activity Generator or Content Generator from the left menu of your dashboard

        Step 2

        Select your generated content and click on Select a format at the bottom of the page to select format then Download the file.

        For easier access, we’ve added a shortcut via the ellipses menu on the course list page. Clicking this will take you directly to the Download course

        Login to your CourseMagic Account

        Step 2

        Click the 3 dots next to the name of the course you wish to export and select Download
